Shared hosting (products)#
Our products run on TurtleTech-managed shared infrastructure. TurtleTech is the data controller for account data and the processor for client content you upload. See our Terms of Service (section 4) for the exact split. For product-specific pricing, plans, and sign-up:
- Ridley (storage + mobile app): free tier available, storage from EUR 1.50/month
- OokCite (citations): free (30/day), from $4/month for heavy use
- Antics (analytics): free tier available, paid plans from EUR 5/month
- Dashboard (account hub): manage subscriptions, billing, and service access
- Snapper (semantic line breaks): free and open source
Dedicated hosting#
A private server provisioned exclusively for your organization. You own the infrastructure and all data. TurtleTech handles the operations.

What you own:
- The VPS account and all credentials
- All data stored on the server
- Full admin/root access at all times
- Right to terminate TurtleTech access at any time

A typical small-business setup (3 containerized apps on a 4 GB VPS) costs approximately EUR 30/month total (EUR 5 VPS + EUR 25 maintenance).

First-time clients: the first 15 minutes are free. Time beyond 15 minutes in the same session is billed at the standard rate of EUR 120/hr.
All prices are exclusive of Icelandic VAT (24%), which is added on all charged amounts. Consulting is billed monthly in arrears via InvoiceShelf. Payment accepted through Revolut Business (SEPA transfer or payment link).
